World Disability Day
The 3rd December is observed as the World Disability Day worldwide. It is observed so as to empower and create more inclusive and equitable world for persons with disabilities. Keeping this as objective, FAsCE India came together in collaboration with Jyoti Niketan, a school for the blind children run by Venerini sisters to celebrate and create awareness among the people on 4th December 2016 at the Narengi township gathering big crowd. Different SHG members, FAsCE supplementary children and general public joined hands together for the programme and awareness rally later. Blind children’s performance captivated the crowd.
